How do I inquire regarding the status of my order?
At the time that all or part of your order ships we will automatically send you an email notice.
To inquire about the status of an order, call or email Customer Service. Please provide your order number or quote number so that we can answer your questions as quickly and fully as possible.
How do I return a product?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all product returns. To request an RMA, please contact GCS Customer Service:
The following information will be needed to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Invoice number or order number
- Item serial number(s)
- The number of items being returned
- Whether the product box has been opened
- Nature of the problem
How are refunds executed?
If your return merchandise is accepted for refund, we will post a credit to your GCS account within 48 hours from the time that we confirm receipt of the product. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your GCS account.
How are Warranty Returns handled?
Warranty returns are defined by the manufacturer's warranty supplied with the product. Please contact GCS Customer Service for assistance with warranty returns.
